The Hagadone Building in Coeur d’Alene, designed by R.G. Nelson and built in 1972–73 for Duane Hagadone, is a wooden modernist headquarters connected to a marina that reflects North Idaho’s timber heritage. Champion Concrete pumped concrete to support and replace its structural piers and walls.
Pouring concrete to support the Hagadone Building for years to come.
Project Details
Over 300ft of line was used to reach into and down the side of the building to get to the foundation which sits in the waters of Lake Couer d’Alene.
