The Hagadone Building in Coeur d’Alene, designed by R.G. Nelson and built in 1972–73 for Duane Hagadone, is a wooden modernist headquarters connected to a marina that reflects North Idaho’s timber heritage. Champion Concrete pumped concrete to support and replace its structural piers and walls.

The Riverfront Pavilion has stood since 1974 when it was part of the International World’s Fair. It was renovated in 2019 with a fresh look. We placed concrete to hold up the new amphitheater and elevated walkway.
